Gluten and Nut Free Inclusive Hospitality

Because Everyone Deserves a Seat at the Table

ABOUT TIANA'S TABLE

Tiana's Table was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves access to joyful, thoughtfully made food that brings people together.

Named in honor of my sister, Tiana, who has celiac disease, the bakery began as a way to create gluten-free pastries that never felt like a compromise. Instead of chasing trends or imitating traditional recipes, I set out to build a collection of pastries that stand on their own—comforting, memorable, and worthy of celebration.

I am a self-taught pastry chef whose education has come through years of study, experimentation, and refinement. My work draws inspiration from nostalgic home baking, Afro-Caribbean flavors, seasonal ingredients, and classic pastry techniques, including French methods that emphasize balance, texture, and attention to detail. Rather than belonging to a single tradition, Tiana's Table lives at the intersection of many.

I believe there is room for every expression of baking. Some desserts are elegant and understated. Others are playful, nostalgic, and joyfully abundant. Neither is more meaningful than the other. At Tiana's Table, technical precision exists to support hospitality—not to overshadow it.

Whether we're preparing pastries for a corporate breakfast, a neighborhood café, or a family celebration, every recipe is guided by the same philosophy: food should feel generous, comforting, and made with intention.

Because joy is worth gathering around.
